PLEASE READ THIS POLICY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Cancellation & No‑Show

We value your time and ours. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • We require a credit card on file to secure bookings.
  • A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required for all bridal, hair & makeup bookings to confirm your date.

Deposits

Deposits secure your appointment and are non‑refundable. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Late Arrivals

Please be ready and punctual so we can honor everyone’s time.

  • More than 5 minutes late without notice: $15 late fee.
  • More than 15 minutes late or not ready: the appointment may be forfeited and charged 100% of the booked service.

Travel & Mobile Services

Travel fees are calculated from 1318 5th Ave and cover time, mileage, and logistics.

  • $2 per mile round trip from 1318 5th Ave.
  • Flat $20 fee for appointments within a 5‑mile radius to cover parking/valet and prep time.
  • Inclement weather, ferries, tolls, parking/valet, overnight lodging, and additional artist(s) are charged separately.
  • Travel beyond 50 miles requires a minimum booking of 2 people or 4 services.

Holiday & After‑Hours Fees

We love celebrating with you—special scheduling carries additional fees.

  • Holiday booking fee: $150 (applies to New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
  • Regular hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Before/after hours: $50 per hour (any portion of an hour is charged as a full hour).
  • Example: a 6:00 AM start (two hours before regular hours) = $100 extra.

Payment Options & Fees

We accept multiple payment methods. Please note processing fees where applicable.

  • Cash, Check, or Zelle — no transaction fee.
  • Credit/Debit Card — 3.3% processing fee.
